Tattoo Artist Account Registration

• Account Registration is limited to tattoo artists that work in a verifable shop & hold an unexpired certification. The email provided will be used to correspond about your account & future orders. You must provide a photo/scan of your personal artist certificate/license. Either upload using this form, or email it to BecomeSecondNatureLLC@gmail.com after you submit.

• Once your submission is received, the Shop and its address will be verified. Your photo will be reviewed. And, if approved, you will receive a unique 20% discount code to begin ordering supplies.

• By Registering, you understand the code is assigned only to you. Orders using the code must match the account holder or they will be rejected.

• Accounts & discount codes are subject to revocation if artist certification expires and/or if terms are violated.
