It is the intention of this website to make said products available for purchase and to provide information about the product sizes and ingredients, proprietary secrets notwithstanding. It is expected that users of this website intend to shop for and have the choice to purchase said products. Users are expected to do their own additional research on products, claims, and ingredient benefits, uses, or limitations. With regard to product or ingredient allergy or sensitivity: a variety of allergies affect many people. All returns, exchanges, & refunds subject to review. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot take returns of used or opened items, or items where the seal has been removed, or items where we cannot be sure of storage conditions after shipment. We want you to be happy with your purchase & with Become Second Nature, LLC. Please contact us with any questions, concerns, or issues with your order. *First time clients that are dissatisfied with product performance are eligible for a one-time return, exchange, and/or refund of items in that initial order. Subsequent orders & returns are subject to company discretion.

Handling time is how long it takes me to box your order and print your shipping label.

Shipping time is how long it takes the post office to deliver to your door.

Shipping time via the USPS is typically 1-4 days.

Handling time depends on what has been ordered and if it is in stock or made on demand.

If your items are already made/in stock, they generally are handled/packaged in 1-3 days and then shipping time frames are as stated above. (Many orders will be handled same day). Some items are made on demand, in other words, made once your order is received. This is to ensure your item is as fresh as possible. Handling times in this case are 3-5 days, to give me enough time to make & package your order, then refer to shipping times above.

In some cases, not often, the handling time may be 1-2 weeks. This would generally happen if so many orders for one item have been placed, that I have run out of ingredients and will need to order from my supply companies. In this instance, we will have to wait for the ingredients to arrive so I can promptly make your product & ship it out to you. If there will be a longer than expected handling time, I will send a notice to your provided email.

Please note: these natural products are best when kept out of heat and sun. Therefore, during extreme heat of summer I will make shipping decisions that are best for your order. There will be times I will wait til a Monday, so I can ensure your package will keep moving and not sit in a hot mail car, truck, or warehouse over the weekend.
