Tattoo Artist Account Registration

• Account Registration is limited to tattoo artists that work in a verifable shop & hold an unexpired certification. The email provided will be used to correspond about your account & future orders. You must provide a photo/scan of your personal artist certificate/license. Either upload using this form, or email it to BecomeSecondNatureLLC@gmail.com after you submit.

• Once your submission is received, the Shop and its address will be verified. Your photo will be reviewed. And, if approved, you will receive a unique 20% discount code to begin ordering supplies.

• Your code is assigned only to you. By registering, you understand this code cannot be shared or given to others. Orders using this code must also match the account holder or they will be rejected.

• Accounts & discount codes are subject to revocation if artist certification expires and/or if terms are violated.
